What a fruitful and jubilant week I have had. I'm finally been given work in the office. Have been working like crazy. Don't wonder why am i always not online these days, maybe until night.
Anyways, I'm so blessed with scoring some good grades for my semester end exams. I scored a somewhat 3.375 out of 4 for GPA. I’m Fine and happy enough. Here is breakdown of grades for the different modules.
Life Management Skills - AD Fundamentals of Financial Accounting- A Business Management- B+ Individual and The Community- B+ Macroeconomics - B Written Business Communication- B Business Computing Applications - B
So on the day of the release of my results, many nudged me with an opening window on my MSN. As usual, comparing of grades. By the way, good for you if you have worked hard and done well. For those who have not done so well, you have tried your best and should be thankful of whatever grades you have gotten. I hope you all still have passed and still can see each other next year in the same class. Whatever expectations you always have , never will all be met. So, just be grateful if you have done fairly well. Just like me, I have done fairly well.
After that, I went out to meet Sean for a Movie - The History Boy ( A Group of students studying history, well, main focus is on History ). I kind of like the movie as is instilled with some humorous dialogues and quite a easy movie. All would say, it clearly speaks about how these hardworking students have gotten top in their school for A levels. And then worked doubly hard for the entrance to OxBridge (Oxford-Cambridge) which they are led by 2 very inspiring teachers who have contradicting styles of teaching.
For students taking their 0-levels or a-levels, it would be something nice to watch. Though, the movie contains some homosexuality. However, it mostly depicts the education of an adult life or you called it a grown-ups life and also a little on the English education systems. But if you don't catch some things in the movie is fine. Just laugh with the crowd. HAHHA. Because the women beside me has done it really well; she deliberately tried very hard to make some noise, like "OH MY GOD", " WHAHAHHA" all the time which i didn't see the purpose for doing that. Just don't pretend you know the movie even if you don't which i know many didn't understand unless you are the ones sitting behind me who laugh appropriately at the appropriate time during the movie.
So after the movie, i have some chill out session with both my best friends, Sean and Marie. But we first had our dinner at mos burger before who head over to the Rouge wine bar at emerald hill and had some long chat almost on anything and any kind of topics. Our topics stroked by starting with talks about our school and then, to our individual's life. I really love emerald hill for its well preserved old shop houses and structures. It as if I'm entering into another world just within orchard. Heavenly and spectacularly defined designs in almost all the bars there. Most interesting would be the spiral staircase in some of the houses their. Amazing, I wished that i own one of these houses if i ever get rich. Of course, i would one day. Yeah, one day. So promising in it?
I cannot believe I'm getting so popular now a days. Does that suggest I'm on my way to Hollywood? I'm always so blessed by retards; or rather always have such opportunity to be famous. Apparently, I'm so into exploring new different genre of music and NOT JUST INDIE ROCK! (fuck the people who thinks that the whole world owe him or her something for me trying new stuffs). I don't care whether I inflict into anyone’s life with my likings have or not, i thought every GOOD INTERESTING band should deserve my recognition if they are good. I'm introduce with this band called " The Raptures " by Jimmy. Awesome! I like it. I'm not a hardcore ON one genre of music only. (you know, i thought jumping down from some 70 story high skyscraper would be a more interesting thing to do than keep contradicting oneself in someone's blog) Oh well, don't feel guilty if you the one reading it.
